before i start im not the skinniest girl so i tried these tips and they have worked great. im also 15 so its not like im gonna go vegan to loose weight im gonna eat total crap but thats kinda how it is when your 15 so ya

1) when eating cut your servings in half
like if you went to carls jr. cut your burger in half and eat half the fries and maybe a small drink
once your finished with the half of your food your usually not hungry any more but if you are just eat a little more and not the whole other half
2) dont eat infront of the tv
this prevents mindless snacking
3) dont eat alone eat with family or friends
when you eat alone it is usally out of boredom make conversation so your food is not the only thing your focused on
4) when you are truly hungry you do not feel it in your stomach you feel it in your chest area
5) dont snack when your bored you are just adding mindless fat to your body
6) eat around the same time each day
example i eat breakfast at 8:00 a small snack at 10:00 lunch at 12:30 another small snack 2:30 and then dinner at 5:30 or 6:00 this shedule works for me make sure this works for you
